We recently completed a full mechanical inspection and upgrade program

Here’s what’s been completed:

✔ All identified plumbing leaks repaired and piping refitted
✔ Kitchen dish faucet replaced
✔ Women’s flush valve replaced
✔ Men’s toilet replaced with a brand-new unit
✔ Urinal valve cleaned and restored
✔ Hot water recirculation pump replaced
✔ Furnace pressure switch and thermocouple replaced
✔ Hot water tank exhaust blockage cleared and system restored
✔ New commercial kitchen griddle installed and gas-tested
✔ New commercial kitchen fryer installed and gas-tested
✔ Walk-in cooler repaired and refrigerant system restored
✔ HVAC make-up air system reset and recommissioned
✔ Plumbing system professionally winterized for protection
✔ New LED lighting installed throughout the camp
✔ New dining room flooring installed

Every repair was completed following inspection findings to ensure dependable operation for the next owner.
